We started working with Heather when the market really took off in our area.
With a VA loan we were not the ideal buyer for a lot of people. We couldn’t compete with waiving appraisals, doing all cash, or bending over backwards for any of the homes we wanted. Heather never let us lose hope and was completely on top of getting us in to see homes. Any issues that came up she was on top of taking care of. We don’t plan to move anytime soon, but she is who we recommend to all our friends and family and would use if our circumstances changed. I’m certain we weren’t her only clients, but she always made us a top priority. We closed in April and we love the home Heather helped get us into!
